About ATS Group

ATS Group is a housing developer from the National Capital Region. Its parent company, ATS Infrastructure Limited, was set up in 1998 by Getamber Anand. The group's first housing project, ATS Greens I in Noida, was completed in 2001. Most of its work is in Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Gurugram. Its website also lists projects in GIFT City (Ahmedabad), Dehradun, and Mohali and Dera Bassi in Punjab.

In the Tricity, ATS built ATS Casa Espana in Sector 121, Mohali, near the Chandigarh border. The promoter is ATS Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd., and the RERA Punjab number is PBRERA-SAS80-PR0086. The towers were designed by Hafeez Contractor in a Spanish style, with two homes on each floor. Some towers are finished and lived in. RERA records show the others built only in part.

Its other Punjab project is the ATS Golf Meadows township at Dera Bassi, on the Chandigarh-Ambala highway. Its promoter is ATS Estates Pvt. Ltd. RERA Punjab lists five ATS Golf Meadows registrations: three plotted phases (1, 1 Extn and III), the apartment phase ATS Golf Meadows Lifestyle, and the plotted phase ATS Golf Meadows V. The developer says Lifestyle has 332 apartments and lists it as delivered. Plots in Golf Meadows V are still offered.

The group also has other businesses besides housing. They include HomeKraft, a mid-income housing venture backed by HDFC Capital, and Nirman by ATS, which helps finish stalled projects. It also has internet and home-automation businesses.
