About Hero Homes

Hero Homes is the housing brand of Hero Realty Private Limited, the real estate business of the Hero Enterprise group. Hero Enterprise is chaired by Sunil Kant Munjal, and its other businesses include insurance broking, investment and steel.

In Mohali, Hero Homes is building a township of about 18.5 acres on Group Housing Site No. 1 in Sector 88. Phase 1 (544 homes in seven towers, as the company stated in 2025) has been handed over. Phases 2A, 2B and 3 are registered with RERA Punjab and are under way. In September 2026 the brand launched Leafsong Retreat, 3 BHK homes in Sector 99, Mohali.

Its other homes are in Ludhiana (three phases on Sidhwan Canal Road), Gurugram (Sector 104 and the Dwarka Expressway, including T8 and The Palatial) and Greater Noida (a second Leafsong Retreat, in Sector MU). Plotted projects sold under the Hero Earth name are in Gurugram and Sonipat.

In Haridwar it lists delivered apartments (Haridwar Greens and Gharaunda) and the Alaknanda plots, and it states that it has built about 230 acres of industrial parks there.
