About DLF

DLF Limited is a real estate company founded in 1946 by Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh. It has been listed on the BSE and NSE since 2007, and its registered and corporate offices are in Gurugram, where its development work began in 1985. It builds homes, offices, retail and hospitality projects. DLF states that it has delivered 32.63 million sq m of space and that its projects span 15 states and 24 cities.

In the Chandigarh Tricity, DLF has two residential townships. Hyde Park Estate at Mullanpur, New Chandigarh, opened its first phase of plots in March 2011. It now has plots, 3 BHK independent floors (Hyde Park Terraces and Hyde Park Residences), expandable bungalows and the DLF Hyde Park City Club. DLF gives its size as 96.29 hectares with about 1,200 low-rise homes. Its later pockets, Central Avenue (residential plots) and Central Square (commercial SCO and booth plots), are registered with RERA Punjab under DLF Home Developers Limited. DLF's website lists Hyde Park as sold out, so homes there are now bought on resale.

The Valley is in Sector 3 of the Pinjore-Kalka Urban Complex, Panchkula, on the Zirakpur-Panchkula-Kalka highway. DLF says about 1,800 families live there. It added The Valley Gardens in 2022 (independent floors with 4 BHK + study and 3 BHK + study homes, 644 homes as filed with Haryana RERA) and The Valley Orchard in 2023 (512 homes in 3 BHK and 3 BHK + study, on 15.83 acres). It has also registered The Valley Central, eight commercial SCOs. The promoter of all three is DLF Homes Panchkula Pvt. Ltd. DLF stated in August 2026 that all existing Orchard inventory was sold out.

DLF also owns DLF Techpark in the Rajiv Gandhi Technology Park, Chandigarh: an office and retail development of about 7.5 lakh sq ft in six towers, next to the DLF City Centre mall.
